Greg Lucini joined International Sourcing & Marketing, Ltd. (ISM) shortly after its founding in 1987. Recognizing the shifting economic trends shaping the technology sector,  Greg leveraged his accounting background to design and manage global supply chain management solutions.

Over the past 30 years, Greg has built strong relationships with leading electronics suppliers worldwide, earning a reputation for quality, reliability, and professionalism. With operations across the US, UK, India, China, Taiwan, Thailand, and the Philippines, Greg has expanded the company's global reach, offering expertise in engineering, quality assurance, project management, and supply chain management.

Now, under Greg’s leadership, ISM has evolved into Endurance Global—a forward-thinking enterprise committed to innovation, strategic investments, and sustainable growth in technology and renewable energy.

Over the last several years, Greg has devoted much of his attention to the AI Data Center market. As a result, Endurance Technology and its Endurance Strategic Equity partners are now leading providers of Thermal and Power Management solutions for AI servers.
